Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Netherlands & Belgium Standard shipping: €5.95 — estimated delivery 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders of €85 or more (for Belgium delivery is to drop off location).

European Union Standard shipping: €12.95 — estimated delivery 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

We ship to all 26 EU member states. Delivery times may vary for more remote destinations such as Cyprus, Malta, and the Nordic countries.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & duties All EU shipments are handled within the EU customs area — no additional customs fees apply for EU customers.
